Full Colour or Single Colours? Wheelcovers can be made using single colour cut vinyls or the designs can be printed onto a 5 year vinyl which is then applied to the wheelcover. Simple designs are best done with single colour cut vinyls and complex designs with lots of colours and tones are best printed. You could combine the two processes with a full colour picture in the middle and single colour words around the outside.

Full Colour Custom Designs Finished artwork can be supplied in the form of - tiff, psd, jpg or cdr files or sent to us a photogragh and we will scan it. You will have the wheelcover with a 600mm design on it, exactly the way you designed it. Alternatively you can send us your the words, pictures or photos with an idea of how you want it to look, and we will produce the layout. There is a charge of £20 for producing this artwork for you. Our colour printer has a maximum width of 300mm and therefore the vinyl is applied in 2 pieces. However we can have it printed onto one piece of vinyl for an extra charge of £40

NB if you are sending a picture or photograph on a disk - it will be printed exactly as it
has been saved - the higher resolution of the picture the better the result will be.

Custom designs - Single Colours Simple wheelcovers can be produced at a very reasonable cost using one, two or even three colours of vinyl which are cut and applied to the wheelcover.
