Sand Carved Oak - Standard These wooden signs are sand carved in oak in a wide variety of sizes. A large number of fonts can be used and the letter size adjusted to suit. It is also possible to add logos or create shaped signs. Sand Carved Oak Signs - click here

Oak - Made to Measure If a standard size oak house sign does not suit we can make one to your requirements. You can specify the sign size, the lettering height, the layout, font along with images. Made to Measure Oak - click here

Large Timber Signage For large timber signs we can use either Oak or Douglas Fir. Douglas Fir is not as beautiful as Oak but it is tough and very water resistant which makes it more useful in exposed situations where maintenance can be difficult. Large Timber Signage - click here

Wooden Sign with Posts Our carpenters will make the posts to your requirements. We can do all sizes of oak posts from a 10ft finger posts to small oak pegs. We can also make the posts in softwood. Wooden Signs with Posts - click here

Carved Rustic timber slices Each piece of timber is different so each sign is individual. The bark is left on and the top surface is varnished. They are made in three sizes. Various timber used. Rustic Timber Slices - click here

Cherry Wood Lovely timber with heartwood that varies from rich red to reddish-brown. The colouring improves with age. It has a fine, straight, close grain. Cherry Wood - click here

Sapele Wood This hardwood is even harder than oak. It has a rich, lustrous reddish-brown color which gives it a mahogany-like appearance. It is however more stable than mahogany. Sapele Wood Nameplates - click here

Iroko Iroko looks similar to teak. It is an extremely dense and stable timber which is naturally oily and therefore highly durable and ideal for external signs. It can be left untreated. Iroko Plaques - click here

Cast Metal Nameplates These are all heavy house signs designed to last a lifetime. They are cast in the foundry using traditional methods. They include - brass, aluminium, bronze and a special alloy. Cast Metal Nameplates - click here

Cast Bronze The latest technology is used to make the pattern.It is then cast using traditional skills which date back to the bronze age. Cast Bronze - click here

Cast Aluminium These are made from solid aluminium and the raised letters are individually hand painted. All have a durable baked finish. Cast Aluminium - click here

Cast Brass These signs are made of heavy solid brass with the backgrounds painted Black, Blue, Green or Maroon. Cast Brass - click here

Large Slate Signage The largest slate we use is 600mm x 2000m. The thickness is between 20-30mm. We can cut this to any size required. Large Slate Signage - click here

Quartzite Quartz-based with a scratch-resistant and low maintenance surface. Colours are bold with an innovative sparkle..   Quartzite - click here

Stone Effect Corian It feels heavy and cold just like stone. It is however stronger and is much more consistent - no faults or cracks. A superb modern material ideal for maintenance free house signs. Stone Effect Corian - click here

Scratch Engraved Brass Brass is the traditional material used for memorial plaques.For small plaque with small letters, scratch engraving is often used. Minimum letter size 5mm Scratch Engraved Brass - click here

Deep Engraved Brass With deep engraving the letters can be paint filled if required. They cannot be engraved as small as the scratch engraved, but are much easier to read. Minimum letter size 10mm Deep Engraved Brass - click here

Black Anodised Aluminium These look good and are maintenance free. The lettering can also be quite small as it is engraved through the black surface to show the silver/white beneath. Minimum letter size 2mm Black Anodised Aluminium - click here

Anodisal These are similar to the black anodised plaques but they have a tougher finish which has been baked on rather than the powder coated. It is available in green, blue, gold and red. Anodisal Aluminium - click here

Stone-like Corian Corian is made from natural minerals an acrylic resin. The mineral content gives it has similar properties to real stone - the weight, cold feel and matt finish.Minimum letter size 5mm  Laser Engraved Stainless Steel - click here

Wooden The Wooden memorial plaque is an elegant and beautiful. I has more of a natural feel which can be more appropriate than formal engraved brass. Wooden Memorial - click here

Acrylic Laminate A good material for memorial plaques in that it is weather proof, durable and UV resistant.The acrylic laminate used is exterior grade and 3mm thick. Minimum letter size 2mm Acrylic Laminate - click here

Laser Engraved Stainless Steel Although not engraved into the metal, the lettering is permanent and as tough as the metal beneath. Laser Engraved Stainless Steel - click here

Slate Slate is another very traditional material. We can sandblast letters as small as 15mm if left unpainted Slate Memorial Plaques - click here

Aluminium Signs with fixings for posts, gates etc. All the signs are manufactured from 3mm aluminium panels which are laminated in 14 colours and have fixing channel attached to the reverse.
